WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE RENOVATION PROCESS?

I will do my best to minimize any inconvenience in your home during renovations. But please make sure to ask questions, and don’t assume things. Proper communication is very important during the renovation process.

As a general contractor, my job is to know how to troubleshoot, problem-solve and coordinate with a variety of tradespeople to complete the project. Which could include licensed electrician, plumber, tile installer, shower glass maker and installer, etc. That way you don’t have to get overwhelmed with all the details.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR A RENOVATION AT HOME?

It's important to prepare the area where the renovation is taking place. Move as many items and furniture as possible, so nothing blocks the project area.
Protect your items from collecting construction dust, paint, or debris.
I do cover and protect the floors to prevent any damage, and if needed cover unmovable furniture with plastic.

HOW LONG WILL THE RENOVATION PROJECT TAKE?

You will receive an approximate time frame for your complete project depending on its size and scope of work.

Of course, if there is a change in plans, an add-on to the project of any kind, or an ordered item/material to be installed is coming in late. That might change the deadline a little. But in general, once I commit to a timeline, the effort is made to meet all deadlines.
